Jessica Hollis scored twice and four other Ravens also got on the scoresheet in a lopsided 6-2 win over Wildcats at the National Sports Centre on Saturday.

It took 25 minutes for Fiona Bradewood to break the deadlock for Ravens, but they scored regularly and often from then on as Laura West-Burt, Carolyn Soars, Megan Troake and Hollis got in on the action.

One goal to the good at half-time, West-Burt added a second shortly after the restart, and although Ryce Trott got one back in the 41st minute for Wildcats, that was as close as her side came.

By the time Trott scored her second with ten minutes left, Ravens were 5-1 up, and Hollis’s second in the 66th minute merely put the emphasis on their victory.

In the day’s first game, Budgies eased to a 3-0 win over Longtails, with Jasmine Patterson, Keishae Robinson and Francesca Cacace all scoring a 20-minute spell either side of half-time.
