Snaefell Alternative Investment Fund Ltd has announced the resignation of one director and the appointment of two new directors in a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).In the filing dated July 5, 2011, Snaefell advised that Richard Jarvis has resigned as director effective from May 18, 2011, and Henry Hunt and Sue Preskey have been appointed as directors effective from the same date.
