A card of thanksJanuary 18, 2011Dear Sir,On behalf of the Sole Sisters running group from Connecticut, who took part in the Bermuda Marathon Weekend, we would really love to thank the people of Bermuda for their sincere kindness it's a gift that we'll keep forever. Bermuda is a treasure and we will certainly be back. Thank you for the wonderful article about the Sole Sisters in your newspaper. We thoroughly enjoyed it what a wonderful welcome to Bermuda! The races were a lot of fun. You have the best people in Bermuda the support on the course was amazing! When my sister, her husband and I were looking at a map trying to get from the 10K course to Hamilton after the race, a nice couple asked if we needed help and then offered to drive us down, which was so nice because it was a lot farther than we thought. On Saturday afternoon one of the girls left her sunglasses in a taxi and the next morning the driver came to the starting line to find her and return them. The people of Bermuda couldn't have been nicer. I'm back at work today and am really tired! Got home last night to a snow and ice storm I'm really missing Bermuda!ROSEMARY K. LEITZBerlin, Connecticut
