Let's fix it
July 25, 2011
Dear Sir,
My personal observation at Dockyard over the weekend is that there are four buses going back and forth for at least 1,000 visitors taking them to Horseshoe Bay. There is also the #7 bus for locals but it is overcrowded with visitors. We need more transport!
Mr Editor, a three-day pass costs less than $20. The taxis should be allowed to charge $5 per head to Horseshoe Bay!
Another thing Mr Editor, the Senior Ambassadors are doing a wonderful job but we are having problems with the Junior Ambassadors who just hang around and are not proactive like the seniors.
Trash is also a problem on the Heritage Dock as well as throughout the Dockyard during the weekend, just like in Hamilton. It's unsanitary, and unsightly to tourists and locals. It needs to be cleaned up now!
Keep Bermuda beautiful.
