In praise of KEMH

Dear Sir,

Through your medium, may I take this opportunity to commend the management and staff of the hospital for the sterling level of service afforded to me during my four-day stay in the hospital.

Personally, I found the medical and the administrative staff to be very professional, attentive, and polite. In fact all of the staff assigned to me as a team did their very best to make me feel comfortable and gave the assurance that I was getting the best medical treatment.

To those in Bermuda who question the standard and quality of care in our hospital, I thought that I would share my positive experiences with you, as we do not often hear positive sentiments in regards to the services enjoyed while at KEMH.

Sir, as mentioned before, I felt that I was in capable hands, and was managed by a team of good people who appeared to enjoy the services which they offered.

Again, to the management and staff of the KEMH, the ICU team, and the Curtis Ward, thank you for your fine work. Please keep it up as it will not go unnoticed, and unrecognised.
