February 3, 2012.Dear Sir,Did you know that the now-departed United Bermuda Party (UBP) Government advanced to the Bermuda Hotel Association, by way of an agreement between the Department of Tourism and the Bermuda Hotel Association, an amount of $1,277,330 after the failure of the Halmar travel booking company? Did you know that this interest-free loan was supposed to have been fully repaid back to the UBP Government in 1995.
