Dear Sir,Whoever’s idea it was to have the TCD area where people have to get their vehicles tested on a low part was dumb. If it gets flooded, as it did yesterday, wouldn’t it have made more sense to have had it more above an area likely to not flooded? Regardless of what time it closes, if that rain had come earlier what would you have told the people waiting? “Oh come back when it’s not raining?” Seriously?!?
