Getting Bermuda on right track
May 25, 2014
Dear Sir,
I would like to congratulate the OBA for trying to get Bermuda on the right track for all its future endeavors.
I am pleased to see the great improvement in the refurbishing of the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse and its surroundings, it’s been a long time in coming, no thanks to the previous government.
The resurfacing of roads is becoming quite noticeable especially on the South Shore.
Also the great improvements by the Green family of Bermuda with what they are doing with the Hamilton Princess area and the old Sonesta Beach hotel site, it’s a delightful change.
And now we are getting a “sigh- of- relief” with the announcement of a new hotel complex in St George’s, well done OBA.
The West End Development Company of the Dockyard and the new buildings of affordable housing Bermuda is finally being blessed by a new government like the OBA.

PS I would like to see more attention given to the Corinthian gambling vessel before it sinks in its present position and the old motorboats which have been sitting idle for several years in the area adjacent to Marginal Wharf.
