Dear Sir,

On March 28, at about 9.45pm in front of the main door to City Hall, a young man parked his vehicle.

He was playing his stereo very loudly, with the most obscene and vulgar lyrics.

It was disappointing and I was appalled to hear such hate-fuelled, racist, derogatory loud music playing in a public place.

Come on, raise the bar. This young man has no respect for his own island. Shame!
