As a keen and long-time listener to the BBC World Service, I was unhappy to learn that VSB was perhaps going to take 1160AM off the air permanently.

It has been such a pleasure for many, many years to have the option of listening to the unbiased, balanced reporting the World Service offers.

The depth and breadth of the programmes and their worldwide coverage are valuable in this small island. We learn a lot.

Please write to VSB, or call, if you will miss the privileged listening we have enjoyed for so long.
