Logic customers should get rebate
This letter was sent to Logic Communications and copied to The Royal Gazette.
For almost two weeks, I have been unable to receive e-mails — nothing but Send/Receive error.
My business is suffering as a result of your problems. I pay for and expect reasonable service. For your inefficiencies, an apology is NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Subscribers ought to be entitled to a rebate as the proper compensation.
