Holiday noise no walk in the park

Dear Sir,

This letter is in reference to the June 18, 2018 party at Bernard Park.

I would like to make a complaint about the noise that was ear-piercing and house-shaking from 3am to 8am.

Not only was it extremely inconsiderate, but I am sure there must be a law against playing such loud music that late. If a special permit was granted for this party, it behoves me that it would be allowed considering that our residence was bombarded with this racket.

This does not take into account children that were awoken from their sleep as well as their parents and senior citizens.

I have been given to understand paint was sprayed into the crowd. Was this expense part of the $125,000 that the Government paid for this event?
