Dear Sir,

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Bermuda since 1982. We now come to enjoy the people and island for an extended stay January to March.

Each year I keep a list of delightful experiences I have during my stay. On Monday, January 20, we had such an experience. We got caught in a downpour visiting the Orange Bay Company on Victoria Street.

What a delight when Ms Delight Morris, owner of Orange Bay Company, was kind enough to come out and give us an umbrella.

I have returned her umbrella and hope to shop and browse during my stay, so a double delight.

We had a delightful experience with Ms Delight Morris.
