Magistrates’ Court: Fines levied for speeding are a fraction of those levied for Census offences
Dear Sir,
It was reported on this evening’s news (August 11) that residents not completing census forms correctly may be fined $1,000. Why is it that speeders are fined a fraction of that sum?
