NEW BAS company claims it can slash electricity costs

New BAS company Efficient Technologies Bermuda Ltd, says it can save customers 35 to 40 percent on electricity costs.Located in Smith’s parish, Eff-Tech said yesterday in a statement on its official launch that it will hold a $1.2 million inventory of products, as well as warehouse some $100,000 worth of spare parts “so that maintenance and service can be performed expeditiously”.In addition, the company said it will offer 24-hour service for residential and commercial customers and will provide a seven-year warranty on all parts for Mitsubishi Electric Heating and Cooling equipment sold by Eff-Tech.“Our main focus will be on providing excellent customer service,” said sales and marketing manager Stephen Savage.“By offering the Mitsubishi Electric Cooling and Heating solutions to the Bermuda marketplace, we envisage a savings of 35 to 40 percent on electricity costs to our customers.“Furthermore, Mitsubishi Electric Cooling and Heating offers the most advanced technology allowing customers to enjoy more precise comfort in one or more rooms while saving on energy bills and contributing to a greener planet. Because our systems allow you to control the temperature in individual rooms, you avoid the energy waste of having to cool or heat rooms you are not using.”
