Former Premier opens new spa

Former Premier Sir John Swan was on hand to officially open the new Tai Homespa.

He did the honours on Thursday, officially launching the Asian-themed haven of Far Eastern beauty treatments at 14 Laffan Street.

Managed by Bhola Bhattarai and owned by studio designer Juan Smith, its doors opened on December 1 for a ‘soft’ launch, but as of the official opening last week it is now fully operational and offering such specialities as a four-hands massage.

They also sell their own branded ‘Tai’ line of beauty products.
