Hotel restaurant extends lunch to non-guests
A restaurant at Rosewood Tucker’s Point has opened its doors to non-guests for lunch.
Sul Verde had previously served dinner to the wider public, but was only available to members and guests for lunch.
Serge Bottelli, general manager of food and beverage operations at Rosewood Bermuda, said the move came after requests from the public.
Mr Bottelli said: “For years, Sul Verde’s dinner service has been hugely popular within the local community and among island guests.
“Since the renovation, we have seen a significant increase in requests to offer a full lunch service.
“We attribute this increase in demand to the rising popularity of our dinner service, as well as the restaurant’s recent recognition by Best of Bermuda for our pizzas.”
He added that the restaurant had historically focused on “lighter fare”, serving golfers.
Mr Bottelli said: “With the recent renovations that significantly improved the comfort and ambience of the restaurant, we decided to create an expanded lunch menu that can be enjoyed by golfers, hotel guests, locals and island guests alike.”
