Jekyll and Hyde behaviour of OBA laid bare

“She had an evil face, smoothed by hypocrisy; but her manners were excellent.”

Robert Louis Stevenson, The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde

Recently it was stated that the OBA seems to operate almost like a Jekyll and Hyde character.

The rationale being that on one hand you have the Premier with his constant claims of unity, while OBA policy after OBA policy is used as a weapon against the progress of Bermudians.

Ministerial misogyny?

June 28, 2015

OBA Senator Michael Fahy brazenly calls the Ombudsman report a farce whilst giving his reasons why he denied a qualified Bermudian a job in Bermuda. “The Professional did not in my view have the requisite qualifications or experience to fulfil the role being sought by the employer in any event.”

July 3, 2015 in the House of Assembly, Premier Dunkley stood to his feet and stated openly that he fully supported Minister Fahy’s decision to deny a qualified Bermudian a job in Bermuda.

This one statement helped to bring crystal clarity to the masses.

While Premier Dunkley Smiles Minister Fahy continues his mission of gentrification.

What must always be kept in mind is that not one OBA legislation policy can be brought to the light of day without the approval of Premier Dunkley.

Not one OBA press statement, photo op or tweet can be done without approval of OBA leadership.

Yet Premier Dunkley still smiles for photo ops.
