Weekly cargo ship, Oleander, hauled 143 dry containers and 35 refrigerated ones into the Island over the weekend.
It was also carrying miscellaneous cargo consisting of one bus, one mafi, one boat on cradle and 12 Road Trailers. It sailed from Bermuda at 2 p.m. on Monday.
Bermuda Islander will sail in to our shores on Friday before heading out the next morning, however, there were no cargo details available for it.
On Sunday at 7.30 a.m., Bermuda Radio received a 406 MHz ELT satellite alert from the Bermuda-registered aircraft VP-BEG.
A check with the company's 24-hour emergency contact confirmed that the aircraft was safe on the ground at Luanda International Airport, in Angola.
