Spittal Pond left bad taste
October 12, 2010
Dear Sir,
We enjoyed a lovely stay in your beautiful country in September even through the hurricane. Loved the island just as much as previous times that we have been there. Especially staying at Coco Reef with its close proximity to the ocean and friendly and competent staff.
Our only bad taste was going to Spittal Pond. There were no marked trails and we even took some false starts that brought us to dead ends at a farm. There was lots of garbage around on the trails. We feel it is a shame that a natural resource is wasted and left to deteriorate to such an extent. Hopefully when we return things will have improved.
