The Bermuda Stock Exchange index advanced marginally yesterday after the price of BF&M's stock rose during another quiet day of trading.

The 6,000 BF&M shares were the only shares to trade, and closed up 25 cents at $10.25.

The index closed at 2,350.84, up 1.72 points or 0.07 percent. No bonds traded.
