BSX edges up

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index rose 0.63 points to 3,267.99.A whopping 23,000 Bermuda Commercial Bank preferred shares changed hands yesterday while gaining 15 cents to close at $1.75.Butterfield Bank shares were also active with 7,794 shares moving at $41.90.In the insurance sector, Argus shares gained five cents to $25.05 on trading of 1,012 shares.

Investors of KeyTech - the parent company of BTC, Mobility, Logic Communications and part owner of CableVision and QuoVadis - bought and sold 2,000 shares. The shares were trading at $10.25.
