There was little trading on the Friday before Labour Day weekend, with just 2,000 stocks changing hands on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

Bank of Bermuda lost 50 cents to close at $46.50, while LOM lost 10 cents to finish at $3.90, the stock's 42 week low.

The Royal Gazette/BSX index closed down 14.49 points or 0.56 percent on trades worth just $29,100.
