Coldwell trio honoured
Fiona Hatfield, Cecilia Edwards and Graham Smith of Coldwell Banker JW Bermuda Realty have been named top representatives in their categories for the Island Affiliate region of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in 2002.
Eighteen employees of the Bermuda office travelled to San Diego last month to accept awards for their performance during the company's international conference.
"The entire Sales Team received recognition for their outstanding performance, as did many members of our Rental Team. Fiona Hatfield, Cecilia Edwards and Graham Smith each earned the coveted rank of first in the Region," said Kendra Mello of Coldwell Banker Bermuda. For the second year running, the entire office was designated a Coldwell Banker Premier Office for consistency and performance. They were up against Coldwell's offices in the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, US Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Turks & Caicos.
Extra Arch capacity
Arch Insurance (Bermuda) has expanded its general property net and treaty capacity from $25 million to $50 million.
Arch Capital subsidiary will also now have the ability to expand this capacity to $100 million on selective accounts utilising facultative reinsurance. "This additional capacity will enable us to better serve our core client base of large risk management accounts and provide solutions to their increasing capacity needs," said Art Elkins, property underwriting manager at Arch Insurance (Bermuda).
