Coldwell celebrates 100th birthday
At the 2006 Coldwell Banker Home Show attended by approximately 3,000 people the real estate company celebrated 100 years in business.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporationwas founded by San Francisco native Colbert Coldwell from the ashes of the 1906 earthquake.
After Benjamin Banker joined as a partner, they helped rebuild San Francisco by attracting businesses and families to the city through the professional, honest real estate transactions they guided.
Now, a century later, the Coldwell Banker system boasts more than 4,000 residential and commercial real estate offices and 126,000 sales associates in 29 countries and territories around the globe.

?We decided to celebrate this milestone in conjunction with our annual Coldwell Banker Home Show and we will be working with Coldwell Banker Corporation in sponsorship of the Newport Bermuda Race, also celebrating 100 years, in June 2006 as well.?
