Colonial Medical Insurance will host its first annual Corporate Wellness Health Fair in collaboration with The Athletic Club tomorrow. Twenty traditional and alternative health providers will exhibit at the Elbow Beach fair which will also feature free blood pressure tests, diabetes testing, exercise and nutrition advice, mini massages and a guest appearance by international wellness expert, Dr. Marie Savard.

The Health Fair is part of the year old, Premier Health Corporate Wellness Programme, focused on improving employee health and wellness via comprehensive programming including on-site health screens utilising The Athletic Club?s state-of-the art Polar Body Age System, personal fitness training, and Colonial-subsidised health club memberships.

With some 80 percent of all illnesses related to lifestyle-related causes such as obesity and physical inactivity, Jacqueline Teunissen, Wellness director at The Athletic Club said,
