Accenture makes new appointments
Bermuda-based Accenture Ltd. yesterday announced a series of executive appointments and said the management shifts are part of a restructuring for long-term growth.
The consulting company said William Green would be chief operating officer of client services and Stephan James chief operating officer for capabilities, as part of an expanded office of the chief executive. In addition, the company, based in Bermuda, named Jackson Wilson to the new position of CEO for business-process outsourcing. Meanwhile, Diego Visconti was named group CEO of communications and high-tech operating group. Stephen Rohleder was named group CEO for government services.
Elsewhere, William Copacino was named CEO of the business-consulting capability group, and Joellin Comerford was named group director for sales development. Jose Luis Manzanares was named to the newly created position of group director for client-services operations.
Amprovest delists from BSX
The Bermuda Stock Exchange yesterday announced the delisting of Class A and Class B Amprovest Ltd. shares.
The request for delisting was made by Amprovest after it retained a primary listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and is effective from February 21.
