Cable & Wireless eBusiness Ltd. announced that it won a major offshore e-business contract to host and monitor Sea Supplier's Internet servers.

SeaSupplier was set up by Stolt-Nielsen just over a year ago for buying and selling marine supplies and services online. The venture was designed to reduce the transaction costs of ship operators and suppliers.

Cable & Wireless's hosting service will replace SeaSupplier's current in-house set-up. The contract is worth $700,000 over three years.
