Movie lovers have more choice with the opening yesterday of Movies2Go the new DVD Store on Church Street near the corner of Queen Street.

Movies2Go is owned by Lee White and Sarah Burrows and the store has wide variety of movies, with sections for new releases, children, family, classics, comedy, action adventure, black history, drama, horror, romance, sci-fi, and foreign films.

Apart from DVD?s the store carries video games and a small selection of beverages and snacks.

Yesterday a reporter observed a steady stream of people filling in membership application forms to rent DVD?s from Movies2Go.

Membership is now free but customers must have photo identification and a credit or debit card and should customers not have these credit or debit card, a $30 processing fee will restrict them to renting one unit at a time.

Customers will be able to rent movies from the store Monday to Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday?s from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Sunday?s 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
