LOM has confirmed that its General Counsel, David Surmon is leaving the company in August.

Mr. Surmon and his family will be returning to Canada and consequently it was announced at LOM's Annual General Meeting on Tuesday that Mr. Surmon has resigned as a director of four LOM funds. Kevin Comeau also resigned as a director of the funds and in their place, Michael Mello, a partner at Mello Jones & Martin law firm, was appointed director of the four funds: LOM Money Market Fund Ltd., LOM Balanced Fund Ltd., LOM Fixed Income Fund Ltd., and LOM Equity Fund Ltd.
