Bank of Bermuda gained 50 cents to close up one percent at $52.50 and Bank of Butterfield remained unchanged at $29.50.
The index rose 11.86 points or 0.46 percent to 2,594.26 on volume of 61,982 stocks worth $2,561,370.90.
