`Conserving Bermuda's Biodiversity' is the subject of a two day workshop at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess today and tomorrow. The workshop is being hosted by the Bermuda Zoological society (BZS) and facilitated by UK representatives of Flora and Fauna International. More than 50 people will participate including community leaders who represent business and Government and environmental non-government organisations.

SKAL DINNER CON Skal dinner PLP backbencher Dale Butler delivered a speech to the Skal Club of Bermuda on Tuesday in which he expounded the virtues of "Thinking Country''. Mr. Butler attended a dinner held by the club at the Stonington Beach Hotel and said Bermudians needed to take pride and be active in Island affairs if there was to be any hope for the future.

PANEL DISCUSSION CON EDC Panel discussion The Bermuda College Student Council will host a panel discussion on Sierra Leone tonight in the North Hall Auditorium at 7 p.m. Attorney General Dame Lois Browne Evans, political scientist Walton Brown Jr. and Dr. Sheku Kamara, former director general of medical services of Sierra Leone, will speak on "International Human Rights, Bermuda and the Crisis in Sierra Leone''.
