Scheduled callers make it a quiet week on the docks
This week was a relatively quiet one in Bermuda waters as only scheduled visitors stopped at the Island. Celebrity Cruises' Zenith arrived from New York on Monday with 1,380 passengers. The Horizon also arrived from New York yesterday with 1,362 on board and is docked in St. George's. Both ships will depart tomorrow.
The Norwegian Majesty arrived yesterday from Boston and is scheduled to leave on Friday.
The Pacific Princess arrived yesterday with 618 passengers in St. George's while the Nordic Empress berthed in Dockyard. The ships will leave on Friday.
On the container ship beat, the Oleander arrived from Port Elizabeth, New Jersey on Sunday afternoon carrying 163 dry containers, 40 refrigerated containers, two mafi, 12 trailers, seven cars, four buses, two trucks and a boat. She left Bermuda yesterday morning.
The Bermuda Islander will arrive tomorrow with 65 dry containers, 22 refrigerated containers, three open-topped containers and one flat rack. She will leave on Friday. The Somers Isles did not stop in Bermuda and will make her next visit to the Island next week.
