Role: Credit analyst, Capital G Bank Ltd.

What is your job? As part of the credit risk management department, I do a little bit of everything. I assist in analysing the bank's loan portfolio as well as track country and interbank credit ratings. Other duties include designing spreadsheets and charts for statistical reporting/regulatory requirements.

What is your favourite part of the job? Being part of a team where each individual has to pull their own weight to achieve success.

What is your least favourite part of the job? Having to wait for others to supply data I need for various reports.

What is your most interesting experience at work? Last year when my wife and I were expecting our second child, my co-workers surprised us both with a baby shower. I thought those were only for women... but I've learned that working fathers can have showers too.

What would you be doing otherwise? Travelling or at home spending time with my beautiful wife and great two kids (soon to be three).
