The Carriage House specialises in fine dining and is a favourite on the East End known both for its local and international cuisine, open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Created by their pastry chef are some of the most delicious and beautiful desserts on the Island and they present a decadent tray of mouth watering choices.
The atmosphere has a relaxed, old world ambience with brick walls and floors.

"The tourists ask me what's good and I try to give them many choices. They usually go for the fresh catch of the day and we buy fresh from the local fishermen.
"The house fish specialties are fresh Bermuda Rockfish, Grouper or Red Snapper pan fried or broiled,'' he said.
Mr. Fernandes advises that locals should be as friendly to the tourists as possible.
"Just being pleasant, friendly and polite will make the tourists feel good about Bermuda and we should try to be generous with information when they ask us questions.
"It helps to know a little about the Island's history too.
"I love this country,'' he concluded with a sparkling smile.
