Terceira, communications supervisor Ms Ruby Woolridge, guest relations manager Mr. Duncan Tavares, and rooms engineer Mr. Andre Paynter, recently attended a three-day seminar at Marriott's Marco Island Resort in Florida. The seminar covered Marriott's new "Guest Response'' system, designed to allow any member of staff to help solve any guest problem quickly and effectively. After the seminar, the four Marriott staff members trained over 220 Castle Harbour employees.
