A Pembroke man was charged with gun and drug crimes today.Jakai Harford, 28, was arrested on Saturday January 8 after Police raided a home in the St Monica's Road area of Pembroke and seized a loaded gun, cocaine, cannabis and cash.This morning he was charged with possessing cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply on that date and also possessing drug equipment.Prosecutor Cindy Clarke said the cocaine was worth $14,906 and the cannabis $5,300.Harford was further charged with possessing a gun and bullet in Pembroke on the same day. He faces alternate charges that he handled the gun and bullets.He was not required to enter pleas as the matter must be dealt with at Supreme Court and was remanded into custody.
