This years? topic is Global Health: ?Rights and Responsibilities in the 21st Century.?

The conference takes place on Thursday and Friday next week and this is the second year Bermuda has been invited to attend.

But these pupils had to work hard to earn the right to attend the conference at the United Nations.

Besides workshops, pupils had to attend meetings in order to become well versed on each years? topic and are given a Working Paper assisting them in background information on a variety of health issues facing our global society.

CedarBridge Deputy Principal, Anthony Wade said students from other schools on the Island would have the opportunity to participate with the group in New York during a special simulcast at CedarBridge on both days. He added that a special website would also allow parents to follow the proceedings live via the internet.
