The speeds varied from 58 kph to 62 kph.
When Smith asked Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner for time to pay, Mr. Warner reprimanded the man for showing "utter contempt" by not showing up in court for the earlier violations.

Warwick man fined $3,000
A 23-year-old Henry Vale, Warwick, man was fined $3,000 in Magistrates' Court on Tuesday for importing cannabis and cannabis resin.
The court heard how Donavon Hendiek was stopped and searched at Bermuda International Airport on March 5 when he arrived on a commercial flight from the UK.
Crown counsel Nicole Smith told the court that Police were suspicious of Hendiek, who was behaving nervously.
When he went to the restroom, an officer from the canine unit and a drug-sniffing dog followed him.
She said the dog showed interest in Hendiek when he came out of the restroom and he admitted being in possession of drugs.
Prior to sentencing, Hendiek told the court he was sorry.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner fined Hendiek $1,500 and three months default for each of the two charges.
