Antoine Troye Dillas, 28, admitted smashing the window during a 1.30 a.m. row on Elliott Street on August 14. He was fined $400 including compensation.

Sgt. Earl Kirby said Dillas threatened the woman, who was sitting in the car, and then threw the bottle at the car, causing $300 worth of damage to the window.
