The 49-year-old woman, from Liverpool, was attacked by the German Shepherd while she was walking along Zuill's Park Road, on Wednesday evening.

She was released from hospital after treatment. Police are investigating the incident.

MARINE SPEEDER CTS Seventeen-year-old Charles Kempe was fined $100 yesterday for marine speeding.

Kempe, of Harbour Road, Warwick, admitted the offence in Magistrates' Court.

Prosecutor Sgt. Rex Osborne said Kempe was caught speeding in a Boston whaler in Ferry Reach at about 4.30 p.m. on August 15.
