Lionel Herman Outerbridge, 43, was fined $100 by Acting Senior Magistrate the Wor. Edward King in Magistrates' Court yesterday after he pleaded guilty to being drunk and incapable.

Police officers were called to the Pembroke church on December 26 to find Outerbridge asleep on the floor, said Police prosecutor Sgt. Kenrick James. He said Outerbridge smelt of alcohol and had to be lifted to his feet and supported to keep him from falling. He was cautioned and taken to Hamilton Police Station.
