The passenger was taken to the Green Acres/Chaingate Hill area and asked the driver to wait while he picked up cash -- but he failed to return.

Simons began swearing at the Police officers telling them that they harassed people.
Despite Police warnings, Sgt. Mouchette said, Simons continued to swear at the officers.
Simons gave his apologies to Acting Senior Magistrate Edward King and said he was drunk from his Christmas party at the time of the incident.
"I know I was in the wrong and I'm sorry for causing any trouble,'' he said.
HOTEL BARTENDER ASSAULTED CRM Hotel bartender assaulted A hotel bartender was assaulted after he refused to serve a colleague a drink.
Police reported the 41-year-old man, who works at a Southampton hotel, was assaulted on Thursday morning.
The incident occurred when a staff member ordered a drink after the bartender closed the bar.
The bartender refused to serve the man who had to be escorted from the area by hotel security.
Police said as the man was cleaning up, he was confronted and threatened by the staff member who had returned.
The bartender said he was grabbed by his shirt and the pair began to scuffle.
The bartender suffered a six-inch bruise to his chest and a small abrasion to his ankle.
Police investigations were continuing.
