Mr. P. Shendel tendered the successful bid of $251,306.75.
Stanley Morton (PLP) noted the sale was a good price and in the best interests of the people of Bermuda.
MPs also approved the sale of 0.4 of an acre of freehold surplus land at Beacon Hill Road in Sandys Parish.
Mr. Gibbons said the lot had been subdivided into three sections, and taken together was sold to three individuals for $129,000.
