Mr. Julian Hall has resulted in the seizure of Mr. Hall's offices and their contents.

The offices, which are located in the Emporium Building on Front Street, were seized under two Supreme Court writs yesterday at the behest of JHR Properties, the Emporium's owner.

JHR claims that Mr. Hall owes the company a substantial amount in overdue rent.

Although the source further claimed that Mr. Hall and his staff have been denied access to their offices and must apply to the courts to reclaim possession, Mr. Hall said from the Emporium yesterday that business was and would be operating as usual.

"We are working,'' he said. "It doesn't feel as if it's been seized.'' Mr. Hall refused to comment further, saying only: "I don't discuss my personal business, particularly with The Royal Gazette .'' The Emporium building is managed by CareCorp Ltd., a division of Leonard O.
