Andrea DeSilva, 18, was last seen by her mother at their Southampton home on Tuesday evening.

She left the house shortly after 6.30 p.m. and has not contacted home since.

A Police spokeswoman said: "Andrea is known to frequent the Coral Acres Drive area of Southampton and anyone who may have seen her or who may know of her whereabouts is asked to contact Hamilton Police.'' The missing girl, of Granaway Drive, is around 5 feet 7 inches tall, of medium build and with dark brown shoulder-length hair.

When last seen, she was wearing light grey sweat pants, a white Fila T-shirt, purple socks and training shoes.

Anyone with information which could help Police trace her should contact Hamilton Police station on 295-0011.

A 14-year-old girl missing since last month returned home on her own on Friday.

Rebekah Leah Trott was last seen by her mother on November 23 at their home in St. Augustine Lane, Pembroke.

She is thought to have been staying in the Warwick area with adult friends.
