On Monday, between 6.40 a.m. and 7.50 a.m., two bronze-coloured birds -- one five feet tall and the other four feet tall -- were stolen from Number Six Shed, in Hamilton.

The sculptures, both cranes, were on display at the Shed along with other items.

In the other incident, the manager of Brighton Hill Nurseries said four, four feet high coconut trees, valued at $150 each, were stolen between last Thursday and Saturday.
