Burchall, 21, of Anchorage Road, St. George's, admitted the offences in Magistrates' Court.

Prosecutor Sgt. Donald Grant said a Police patrol stopped Burchall in St.

George's and found he did not have a vehicle licence or third party insurance although the cycle displayed a current sticker.

An investigation revealed the licence plate and sticker belonged to his cousin who was soon to purchase the cycle.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis fined Burchall $800 for not having third party insurance, fraudulently using the sticker and speeding at 69 kph on Kindley Field Road on September 21.

For the fraudulent use of a licence plate he was given a conditional discharge for six months.

TRASH CAN SET ON FIRE FIR Trash can set on fire An angry customer set fire to a bin at a takeout restaurant after he did not receive prompt service.

Police spokeswoman Evelyn James Barnett said the co-owner/manager of the Ice Queen in Paget reported that shortly before 3 a.m. on Monday a group of males entered the restaurant.

One male demanded immediate service and then left the restaurant with another man, believed to be in his early 20s.

Upon reentering the restaurant, the man was seen to fiddle around the trash bin located near the condiment section before leaving the eatery.

Shortly after the man's departure, smoke and flames erupted from the bin, Mrs.

James Barnett said.

The fire was quickly extinguished and the only damage sustained was a scorched trash lid.

ATTACK AT NIGHTSPOT CRM Attack at nightspot A 43-year-old St. George's man was allegedly assaulted by his companion's husband while the pair were having a drink at a night spot, Police said yesterday.

Police spokesperson Evelyn James-Barnett said that at 7.15 p.m. on Monday, the man was having a drink with the woman at a St. George's nightclub when the assailant walked into the club and punched him in the face.

Mrs. James-Barnett said the man began to hit his wife, but was stopped by other patrons of the nightclub.

TEENAGERS ARRESTED CRM Teenagers arrested Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with an aggravated robbery involving a young grocery packer in October.

Police spokesperson Evelyn James-Barnett said a 15-year-old male from Devonshire was arrested on Tuesday while a 16-year-old Pembroke male was arrested yesterday for the October 29 incident which took place in the parking lot of Lindo's Supermarket in Devonshire.

The two boys followed the boy, as he was riding his pedal cycle home, out of the parking lot.

Mrs. James-Barnett said the youths assaulted and robbed the boy of his money pouch which contained an undisclosed quantity of cash.

Investigations were continuing.

WRISTWATCHES STOLEN CRM Wristwatches stolen A 22-year-old Warwick man will have trouble being on time after two wristwatches were stolen from his residence.

Police spokesperson Evelyn James-Barnett said the man left his home for work on Tuesday leaving the watches in his living room.

When he returned from work that afternoon, the watches were gone.

Mrs. James-Barnett said the man identified a suspect to Police and inquiries were continuing.

The first watch was described as a silver `Tag' make, with a silver- coloured wrist band valued at about $50. The second watch was a silver and black `Lorus' make with silver-coloured wrist band valued at about $150.
