Supreme Court jury to "have a nice day'' when it found him not guilty after no evidence was offered at his trial yesterday.

Crown Counsel Mr. Stephen Harrison offered no evidence because the two Police Officers involved in Michael Eugene Dillas' arrest are no longer members of the Police Force.

Dillas, of North Terrace, was charged with possessing cocaine after he allegedly threw a package that contained the drugs in paper twists to the ground when two Police officers approached him. The offence was alleged to have occurred on February 15.
