American man charged with importing more than a quarter of a million dollars worth of cocaine.

Albert Omar Peyton, 22, of New York, has denied attempting to import 980.4 grams of cocaine through the International Airport on May 22.

Customs officers searching two plastic containers of baby powder found a plastic bag hidden under about an inch of what appeared to be baby powder, but later turned out to be cocaine.

The trial will resume today before Chief Justice Austin Ward.
